Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the online services (the "Services") provided by Misosom (the "Operator"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Services" means the online tool services provided by the Operator, including clock, QR code generator, text-to-slides converter, and other utilities.
- "User" means any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.
- "Content" means all data and results generated, converted, or processed through the Services.
3. Effectiveness and Changes
These Terms apply to all users of the Services. The Operator may modify these Terms at any time without violating applicable laws. Modified Terms will take effect upon notice through the Services.
4. Service Provision and Changes
4.1 Service Provision
The Operator currently provides the following services, which may be added, modified, or removed as needed:
- Various styles of digital/analog clock services
- QR code generation and download services
- Text-to-slideshow conversion services
- Other services developed and provided by the Operator (may be added, modified, or removed)
4.2 Service Changes
The Operator may change all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons, and will provide prior notice of such changes.
5. Service Suspension
The Operator may suspend the Services in the following cases:
- When maintenance or construction of service facilities is unavoidable
- When telecommunications services are suspended by telecommunications carriers
- When service use is hindered by national emergencies, service facility failures, or service overload
- When the Operator deems it inappropriate to continue providing the Services for other significant reasons
6. User Obligations
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Interfering with stable service operation, hacking, or overloading servers
- Stealing or misusing others' personal information
- Violating laws or these Terms, or engaging in activities contrary to public order and morals
- Infringing on copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Services or third parties
- Distributing malicious code, viruses, etc.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the Services
6.2 Actions for Violations
If a user violates the obligations above, the Operator may restrict service use or take legal action against the user.
7. Privacy Protection
The Operator strives to protect users' personal information. Privacy protection is governed by applicable laws and the Operator's Privacy Policy.
8. Copyright and Usage Restrictions
8.1 Copyright Ownership
- Copyrights and intellectual property rights of the Services belong to the Operator.
- Copyrights of content created by users through the Services belong to the users.
8.2 Usage Restrictions
Users may not use the Services for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use them without prior approval from the Operator, including copying, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Operator's Disclaimer
- The Operator is exempt from liability for service provision when services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure.
- The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by user fault.
- The Operator is not liable for lost profits expected by users from using the Services, or for damages from data obtained through the Services.
- The Operator is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, data, or facts posted by users.
9.2 Free Service and Hobby Operation
This Service is a completely free hobby project. The Operator is not a professional business and makes no guarantees regarding service quality, stability, continuity, or availability. The Service may be suspended or changed at any time, and the Operator assumes no responsibility for this.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the Operator and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If the user's address is unclear, the court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
